At the entrance of Zaradel Synagogue, on which it was written in Hebrew: "Me Yehuda, son of R. Saul Sephar, son of Isaac, I bought and built… for the expiation of my soul and my parent’s soul, in the year 1311 after the Temple Destruction… Those pillars were standing at the Heykhal doors of the ancient Synagogue".
