Rab Haim Capussi Synagogue
Rab Haim Capussi Synagogue, at the Jewish quarter of Cairo, built after Haim Capussi death in 1631. Rab Haim Capussi was a most venerated Kabalist, renowned for his miracles. Student of the Egyptian Kabalist Ibn Fodeila, and disciple of Rabbi Itzhak Luria from Safed. Since 1987, the Synagogue is registered as a Jewish Egyptian Antiquity.
