المكونات:
1/4 Cup of extra virgin olive oil pluse 2 table-spoons
1 large onion finely chopped
5 garlic cloves minced
2 pounds of small okra
one 28-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
salt and peppe
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
(cumin and crushed red pepper for extra spice)
Directions:
Cut off the stalks of the okra. Heat large pan with olive oil and cook onions until golden. Add the garlic and tomatos and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the Okra and simmer until soft.
