The Jewish Communal School of 'Abasseya' – for boys and girls – called also 'Ecole Sebyl', at Sebyl el Khazindar Street, Cairo. (1928). As education was always a first priority for the Jews of Egypt, the Jewish Communal schools provided education free of charge for all the necessitous.
