Rass el-Barr 1949. The Jewish upper middle-class of Cairo used to live in this fancy, unique and extremely enjoyable Sea Resort on the Mediterranean, during the whole summer. (Victor & Esther Vidal with their seven children. Made Aliya on 1950, after being confiscated of all their assets).

Has the most important collection in the world of Jewish manuscripts, among them the Biblical Codex achieved by Moshe Ben-Asher in Tiberias in the year 895. Still in good condition.
